By accessing or using Logicly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Logicly provides a cloud-based home health scheduling, routing, and documentation platform. Our service is designed to help home health clinicians and agencies manage patient visits, optimize routes, and maintain clinical documentation.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use Logicly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Logicly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Logicly. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Logicly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
